Sisters of Reparation of the Sacred Wounds of Jesus

The daily routine of the Sisters of Reparation includes : Daily Mass, the Divine Office, Community and private prayer time, the Rosary, and Adoration.  They enjoy each others' company, pray, work, and recreate together.  They create harmony as they share their ideas and plans.  Whatever work is at hand, they all work together to accomplish it.

The Sisters are living the Spiritual and Corporal Works of Mercy that our Catholic Church encourages us to do.  To them the Franciscan spirit is an every day practice.

They are very easy to recognize where ever they are.  In honor of the joys and sorrows of our Blessed Mother Mary, they wear a beautiful powder blue habit, with navy blue accessories.  The implements of the crucifixion are embroidered on their collar, and around their neck they wear a silver medal of the Suffering Christ.  There is a red and white shield worn over their heart that says:  "I will freely sacrifice to you, O Lord, with joy."

There are many lay people, (they call them Donnes), who are devoted to the same goals.  They support the Sisters in their projects and through their works.

The Sisters help many develop the many skills that God gave us.  Some things that they are able to share are:
  - designing in religious themes
  - flower arranging
  - domestic -- cooking, cleaning, neat personal habits
  - sewing and hand work,
  - gardening
  - computer skills
  - planning and accomplishing projects
  - music arrangement
  - simple maintenance skills
  - and just having fun.
